We don't have any particular mixing ratios to make specific colors. It's just a matter of mixing and testing to achieve your desired color.

  8. Looking to use your filler with your black pigment to fill holes and gaps in my railroad tie steps. Railroad ties are creosote dark ties and now about 15 years old. Does this mixture dry as a mat coating? Can I also mix in some fine builders' clean sand to help produce a rough surface? I live in Bellevue, WA and can use Mallory Paint of Bellevue

When tinting WoodEpox with the powdered pigment, it is not a shiny finish. It's tinted WoodEpox. You cannot mix sand in with the WoodEpox. You could broadcast it on the surface prior to curing if you'd like.
