I have a 4 by 8 post, mounted to a concrete pad and collar that provides partial support for a horizontal beam. I am going to repair the water damaged end of the post with Liquid Wood and WoodEpox. Would Aboweld 55-1 be suitable to repair and rebuild the concrete collar at the bottom? If so, I may need to apply it in layers to get the desired thickness (about 3/4 at the base, tapering up about three inches). For layering Aboweld how long should it cure before applying an additional layer? Thank you.
