Abocrete™ Kit

Liquid Epoxy Compound for Patching, Resurfacing, and Rebuilding Concrete.

Uses: Repairs industrial floors, loading docks, sidewalks, driveways, stairs, parking decks, and ship docks permanently and cost-effectively. Perfect for fixing pitted, spalled, worn or cracked concrete. Abocrete bonds, levels, rebuilds, and resurfaces concrete and most rigid surfaces. Holds up well to heavy forklift and truck traffic. Eliminates tripping hazards both at home and in the workplace. Also great for anchoring posts and railings and installing machinery, precasts, columns, and more. Use with forms to rebuild steps and vertical columns.

Features and Benefits: Easy to mix and apply. Blend in sand to create a cement-like epoxy compound that self-levels and is shrink-free. Apply in any thickness for a finish that is stronger than concrete! Change the viscosity by adding sand or aggregate. It makes a great floor and deck coating that can be made slip resistant by broadcasting sand or ColorGrit™ over the wet Abocrete. It is unaffected by salt water, oils, and other chemicals that erode concrete.

Customer Questions & Answers

  1. Q Would Abocrete be suitable to use for repairing above grade footers in an old warehouse? The footers have chunks missing most likely from careless forklift operators. They are about 15"x15"x10". Would I be able to build a form around them and pour in Abocrete? How much sand in the mix would be appropriate for such a repair? Thank you.
    Answered by the admin

Yes, you can use it in that manner. You would have to build a form and you would need to use a release agent on the form so the Abocrete does not bond to it. You can mix up anywhere from 1 - 5 parts of sand with the Abocrete if you would like.

  2. Q At our pool we have a deck that surrounds pool, cracks and such need repair. also we have a seating area which is rows of concrete deck that's used for seating and gets wet daily as well. we are looking for a product to use for repair and or rebuild small areas on broken concrete? Can you please advise of any material that would be an option? Thank you
    Answered by the admin

Abocrete is a self-leveling product. You can use it for crack and such that are horizontal. You can also use it to fill in areas that are horizontal. Keep in mind that you may need to build a form in some areas.

We also have a product called Aboweld 55-1. This is a no slump adhesive paste product for concrete repair.

  3. Q We have an institutional project where we need to repair and then resurface all exterior concrete sidewalks; which products do you recommend? I can send photos once I have someone to contact.
