Injection Ports
Rigid Plastic Tubes With Metal Bands That Can Be Crimped to Prevent the Flow of Resins.
Uses: Insert these ports into vertical cracks to dispense crack-injection resins. The ports are commonly used with Abojet® cartridges in the process of making permanent, structural repairs to foundations and other cracked walls. Ports are suggested every 6-12 inches for most vertical crack repairs.
*Cracks must be sealed around the ports. Aboweld 55-1™ is an excellent tool for sealing vertical cracks.
Packaging: Each pack includes three plastic ports and metal bands. A small piece of plastic tubing is also included for injecting resins from the cartridges into the ports.
Customer Questions & Answers
- I’m looking to repair cracks in the 3 baluster wide concrete base for my outside glass table top. There are cracks ion the underside of the base that extend upwards about 4 inches . I’m not sure if the balusters are cement or concrete . The 3 balusters are formed on one base that is 9” x 26” and the height of the balusters are 29” . They are extremely heavy but I do not want it to possibly come apart with the weight of a 5/8” thick. 40x84” sheet of glass on top of it. There are 2 bases but only one is cracked. What is the best method / product to repair this base ?
