Ferrobond

Ferrobond Steel-filled, structural adhesive putty.

Restoring metal, bonding broken sections, and building up missing sections has never been easier. The Mastershop series of metal-filled epoxy compounds offers the latest technological improvements and convenient packaging.

Uses: The Mastershop Series epoxies are recommended for permanent bonding, patching, resurfacing, and filling of metallic, ceramic, glass, and other rigid surfaces; maintenance of tanks, pipelines, off-shore rigs, and manufacturing plants; repairing land, air, and marine vehicles, housing, metal furniture, engines, pumps, and transformers; rebuilding frames, sinks, and structures; patching and resurfacing castings, patterns, pipes, pumps, work surfaces, and heavy traffic metal floors and decks; building patterns, fixtures, machinable tools, molds, pipes, benches, ship decks, bulkheads, hulls, stacks, railings, and masts.

Features & Benefits: The Mastershop compounds are versatile, high-impact and wear resistant, and permanent. Unmatched adhesion to metals, ceramics, glass, wood, fiberglass, masonry, and most rigid materials. Dimensionally stable and shrink-free. Almost unlimited shelf-life. Unaffected by atmospheric conditions, salt and fresh water, alkalis, diluted acids, many solvents, oils, and greases. Withstand temperatures up to 100° C (212° F) or 160° C for the “H” versions. Cured material is easy to machine with standard tools. Can be applied in any thickness. Ample working time.
